Hello! I am Joash.
I love discussing LEADERSHIP and how this creates CULTURES within you and those around you. I was born in Darwin and have since lived in Sweden, rural QLD and now I am settled in Brisbane, Australia. As a swimmer, I represented Darwin Swimming Club, the Northern Territory and Brisbane Grammar Swimming Club in numerous Australian Championships, State and Territory championships and local swim meets. In mid 2014, I hung up the goggles and by the end of the year, I had decided to follow in my older brothers footsteps and commence an electrical apprenticeship. In 2016, I started as an apprentice EFM in electrical distribution and finished in 2019 in which I moved to Moranbah, a small mining town 2 hours south west of Mackay. In 2020, I completed a Bachelor of Commerce with double majors in finance and management.

Since completing year 12, I have been a lifeguard, competitive barista, coffee roaster, DJ, paramedic student, business student and volunteer. I have volunteered through Red Frogs, Citipointe Church and the Junior Police Rangers program in the NT.

I currently live in Brisbane with my wife, Emily. Together, Emily and I are aiming to inspire and influence people to realise their potential and value. I currently work as a Substation Technician and completing a Masters in Business with Economics and Management as my majors.
